Cask finish Tasting 1st November

A great opportunity to explore how much of an effect the oak cask has on whisky.. The cask is the unofficial 4th ingredient and probably has the most effect on how the drink tastes and looks.

we will cover:

1. A brief history of whiskies
2. An overview of the whisky production process
3. How to taste whisky
4. Tasting of 6 cask finished single malt whiskies

The session will last approximately 90 minutes and will start at 6pm prompt.

Please do not drive to the event as you should not operate a motor vehicle following a good selection of single malt whisky.
