The Dram Gift Shop is a family run business born out of our love of both whisky and the fine things associated with this ever popular drink. Our aim is to provide both a classic and innovative approach to the gift shop model. The experience you encounter in the shop is at the heart of everything we do, whether you are attending our popular whisky tastings or advice you receive or just the opportunity to sit back and relax in the Peacock Lounge Whisky tasting area and try a few new drams or if its too early a whisky coffee.
We have selected a wide range of gifts that will provide something for every one and every pocket. Most of our offerings are from small and very unique companies, and some items we even make ourselves!!
Who we are
The founder of The Dram Gift Shop is Darren Boyd-Preece, born in Ayrshire on the West coast of Scotland who spent most of his working life in the property / building management industry. Now in 2022 following his dream to work with what he loves, so working becomes a pleasure.
His ambition is to provide a truly engaging experience for those who share his passion for whisky, whilst having the time to build memories with his family.
