Ledaig Rioja Cask Finish – Sinclair Series

The release takes inspiration from a Spanish treasure long hidden beneath our coastal waters, finishing its journey in carefully chosen Rioja casks. Crafted from heavily peated barley, the whisky first rests in ex-bourbon casks before a final flourish in those rich Spanish wine barrels. The result is an intense marriage of smoky depth, warm spice, ripe grape, and sweet berry notes, all carried by a subtle maritime salinity. Its striking, ruby-tinged hue reflects the influence of Rioja, glowing in the glass with vibrant character.
