Lindores – Thiron 2025

Thiron 2025 is the second release in this distinguished annual series, following the acclaimed debut of 2024.

Matured in a combination of Bourbon, Rejuvenated Red Wine, and Thiron Virgin Oak casks, this expression embodies both depth and grace. The nose opens with inviting notes of dates, berry preserves, and toasted hazelnuts, while the palate unfolds in layers of vanilla, golden syrup, ripe raspberries, and buttery pastry. Subtle oak and a lively spice lift the experience, leading to a lingering finish of sweet spice and warm nuttiness.

Created in limited quantities, Thiron 2025 celebrates the enduring connection between Lindores and Thiron-Gardais Abbeys — a tribute to shared heritage and the pursuit of excellence that defines the Lindores spirit.
