Tasting Notes:
Nose: Soft peat smoke rises gently, carrying a touch of sea breeze and subtle maritime character.
Palate: Sweet notes of toffee apple and muscovado sugar greet you, giving way to floral tones and a warming cinnamon spice. The peat element is earthy and smoky, yet never overpowering, with a savoury, coastal undertone.
Finish: Medium to Long Finish carrying gentle smoke alongside light toffee
