As both brewers and distillers, this Special Release is a celebration of Weetwood’s dual craft. To bring this unique expression to life, they took six quarter casks and seasoned them with their boldest brew—the intensely flavoured Jester IPA. Once the vibrant, hoppy beer had left its mark, the whisky was introduced for finishing, allowing the casks to impart subtle layers of tropical fruit and citrus zest.
The result? A silky-smooth whisky with bright hop character and easygoing charm. Just 1,248 bottles have been produced—an exclusive marriage of beer and spirit.
Presentation: Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.
Nose: Bursting with citrus peel, fresh herbs, and a playful tropical edge—pineapple and a hint of mango.
Palate: Soft biscuit sweetness leads into green apple, creamy vanilla, and a whisper of mango.
Finish: Exceptionally smooth and mellow, with a lingering touch of caramel and gentle warmth.
