The Dram Cocktail Evening – Saturday 14th December 6pm

On Saturday 14th December we have the excellent Paige coming down to create and serve a series of 5 superb whisky and rum based cocktails:

Chocolate Orange

Chocolate rum served with freshly squeezed orange juice, syrup and cinnamon.

Spiced Mojito

Muddled limes and mint, depth charge spiced rum, apple juice, topped with ginger ale.

Apple Pie

Sherry cask single malt whisky, cloudy apple juice, syrup, egg whites with a cinnamon sugar rim, garnished with a cinnamon stick.

Rumming on Passion

Muddled raspberries, freshly squeezed lime juice, passion fruit puree, pineapple juice, spiced rum garnished with a lime wedge.

Old Fashioned 

Bourbon, sugar syrup, shaken and topped over ice served with a dash of bitters and an orange twist.

Further drinks available of course through out the evening.

Please do not drive to the event as you should not operate a motor vehicle following a good selection of fine rums…
