It begins with the finest English malted barley and the pure, gentle waters of Cheshire. Aged in specially prepared American oak quarter casks—shaved, toasted, and re-charred to our precise standards—it is then refined further in European oak, adding depth and complexity.
Every stage of its creation, spanning years, is devoted to developing rich flavour and layered character.

Nose: Bright and grassy, with notes of fresh-cut meadow, softened by creamy vanilla and hints of orchard fruits. Floral undertones lift the profile with a sweet, inviting aroma.
Palate: Silky malt meets sweet dried fruits, balanced by gentle oak and whispers of toasted spice.
Finish: Long and smooth, offering mellow warmth with echoes of honeyed fruit, a touch of smoke, and lingering notes of baked apricot and butterscotch.
