Forgan 50 Rye Whiskey – Crafted with Local Excellence

Taking locally sourced to the next level, Forgan 50 is a one-grain rye whiskey crafted from 100% Lancashire rye and aged for three and a half years in virgin American oak barrels. Every step of the process is carefully controlled, from fermentation to in-house charring of the barrels, ensuring a whiskey that is both rich and refined.

The Journey:

The rye is fermented in Scottish Highland mineral water with sugar and yeast for 3-4 weeks before being distilled into a potent 69% ABV “white dog.” It is then diluted with the same pure mineral water to the desired strength before maturing in our own charred virgin American white oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
