Famed for its distinctive sweet-yet-savoury character, this Mortlach expression is elevated by a dual cask finish—partly matured in ex-Kanosuke Japanese whisky casks for depth and umami richness, and partly in ex-Pinot Noir casks for a touch of refined sweetness.

Golden and alluring, the nose opens with notes of ripe melon and pear, leading into a palate where dry spice and savoury complexity cut through vibrant sweetness. The finish is long, layered, and seductively spiced, delivering a whisky as deep and intricate as the craftsmanship it embodies.
